Ellie Hill has been teaching fitness classes and personal training for 15 years but her passion for fitness started as a teenager. She believes that fitness is for everyone no matter your physical level. Ellie provides modifications and progressions for all exercises making them appropriate for all fitness levels. She strives to provide programs as individual as each of her clients. Ellie works with clients that range in age and physical ability. She specializes in clients with injuries. She teaches strength, cardio, HIIT, Pilates and everything in between.

CD is a local trainer who has been working in the fitness industry for the previous five years. A graduate of the Georgian College Fitness and Health Promotion program, she has experience in one on one training, leading group exercise, and conducting occupational assessments. She is certified in pre-natal and post-natal exercise prescription and knows how to bring out the best in her clients and lead them to results.
